Shipping & Handling:

Shipping rates stated are for USPS Priority Mail within the Continental U.S.   Shipment to areas outside the Continental U.S. will be billed for the additional required amount.   Customers from outside the mailing area will be contacted to arrange preferred shipping method.

RETURN POLICY:   If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return the COMPLETE item within 30 days of the shipping date - For a full refund All pieces MUST be returned..    We cannot refund your cost for the return shipping, or the original delivery costs.

RETURN PROCEDURES:  Please follow these steps.

1)  Email us at "sales at journalpros.com" or call (231) 250-7355 to let us know what you are returning.  Optional:  Please include the reason for the return.
2)  Wait for a response from us BEFORE you mail it back.  Maybe we can resolve your concern before you spend money on the return postage.
3)  If your concern cannot be resolved:  Make a copy of your invoice to include in the return shipment of ALL items and pages.
4)  Use a confirmation of delivery method on your return.  We cannot issue a refund on products not received by us.
